We are predicting to produce the same approximate number of weddings for 2013. 4. Only one entry per wedding except as set forth in rule #5.

5. Couples purchasing a qualifying FREEDOM HALL & GARDENS menu upgrade will received an extra Diamond Certificate entry for that purchased add on. (Ask for details)

6. Any individuals (including but not limited to employees, consultants, independent contractors, and interns) who have, within the past six months, performed services for FREEDOM HALL or any organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the contest or supplying the prize, and/or their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies, and immediate family and household members of such individuals, are not eligible to enter or play. "Immediate family members" shall mean parents, stepparents, children, stepchildren, siblings, stepsiblings, or spouses. "Household members" shall mean people who share the same residence at least three months in one calendar year.

Prize:

Winner will receive a full refund of the actual amount paid to FREEDOM HALL & GARDENS for their wedding celebration package including ceremony (if applicable), all upgrades, service fee and sales tax.

How to enter:

Any couple having a wedding celebration package scheduled with FREEDOM HALL & GARDENS for 2013 may submit an entry form. Upon completion of your fully paid wedding celebration package to occur during 2013, you will receive a "Diamond Certificate of Eligibility" from Freedom Hall. Upon completion of your wedding event, this Certificate will be your drawing ticket to be placed into the drawing.

An additional Diamond Certificate will be awarded to each contestant who has purchased a qualifying menu upgrade combination of Hors d’oeuvres & Carving Station at the rate of $10.95 per person. This package is outlined on the Freedom Hall website and will be more fully explained at your event planning seminar and/or with your assigned Freedom Hall wedding coordinator. Any couple who may have already won or received a complementary menu upgrade from The Freedom Hall has no cash value towards this menu upgrade promotion.

Diamond Certificates, signed by a member of the FREEDOM HALL & Gardens staff, and completed by the wedding couple can be submitted to FREEDOM HALL & GARDENS in person at the Sweepstakes Grand Prize party drawing that is schedule for Sunday January 8, 2013.

How to win:

In January 8, 2013, FREEDOM HALL will host a “Sweepstakes Soiree Night” which will be a grand party for all eligible contestants.  Winner or must be present to be awarded the Grand Prize.   If contestant is unavailable to attend, an appointed family member over the age of 18 years may attend in the contestant’s place. Limited to two attendees per wedding celebration date.

Winner or Parent or legal guardian of Grand Prize winner must sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release and Indemnification Form ("the Form") that : a) releases, indemnifies and holds harmless FREEDOM HALL & GARDENS, its parent, affiliated, subsidiary and successor companies, and its respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives, advertising agencies and promotional sponsors (collectively the "Release") from and against any and all harm, expense, liability or injury that may be sustained relating to or arising from participation in the sweepstakes or acceptance or use of the prize; and b) authorizes the Releasee to use the winners' names, likenesses, photographs, voices and biographical data for any purpose, in any media, unless prohibited by law.

Prize will not be released until FREEDOM HALL receives all required documents. Failure of Grand Prize winner to return the Forms within the required timeframe will result in automatic forfeiture of any prizes and all such prizes shall be awarded to an alternate winner. In the event of a prize forfeiture, the winner or parent or legal guardian of the winner forfeiting prize will sign a Prize Forfeit Form and return to FREEDOM HALL within ten (10) days of receiving the Form.
